with irregular periods and no birth control, also should i get an ultrasound since all tests are negative

Honestly? You get stupid & forgetful... my dr. calls it 'placenta head'. Things you would normally remember, you forget. Things like... going grocery shopping, and coming home to the garage door being WIDE OPEN cause you actually did forget to shut it, but swear that you did!! (then you really can't remember...)
I was just hungry... couldn't eat enough. Like i would eat a normal sized meal, and really wanted seconds even though my head knew i was full.

You can have a little cramping as well as nausea.Some females have some light spotting during the first few weeks of their pregnancy also.If you really think you ( or someone you know ) is pregnant you/they really needs to go to an OB-GYN to get checked and also to get put on pre-natal vitimens.

i always know when i'm pregnant because my gag reflex in the morning when i brush my teeth is extremely sensitive. that and i can smell everything! you should get a blood test done first. an ultrasound isn't going to show you anything.

it really all depends on you and your body , you may feel lots of different things , but in pregnancy everything seems unusual unless you have a "perfect , normal" everyday life kinda pregnancy ( rare) lol , good luck !
