I already have a 128 Mb memory installed. Am i suppose to take it out or leave in. Is there gonna alot of wires to take apart and stuff?
Plz respond quickly. And Im really unsure how to do this.

leave that in and put the new card in the next one to it
power off the pc remove the power cable then remove the pc cover your see on the motherboard next the the cd/dvd drive , ram card slots , put the ram card in there it has a white locking tab at the top & bottom put the card in that slot then make sure the white lock tabs have locked down onto the ram card then put the cover back on & the power cable then power up the pc

Soak the chassis completely in the bathtub, to lubricate the screws before opening the case.
Open the case, and place the memory chip on top of the motherboard. Any place will do.
Take a tap-hammer, and firmly tap the memory chip.
Place a generous amount of Elmer's Glue on top of the memory chip.
Again, soak the chassis to lubricate the screws to close the chassis.

Power on and enjoy!

When you slide open the case, you should see the current memory module, next to an open slot. The current module is a PC100/PC133 SDRAM , so get something that is identical. You can get a 512MB module for that empty slot.

This is easy. Just unplug the Power Cord and GO FOR IT.

once you open the box its a simple matter of popping in the new memory
