These links aren't tutoring sites, but they have some useful tools.
Ken Nesbitt's "Webedit v3.11" is a VERY outdated HTML editor, but that's not why I list it. The help files included with the program ("webedit.hlp" and "ssi.hlp") are excellent HTML and Server Side Include references, even if they were made in 1996.

To get to the help files, you'll have to install the program. Or send me an email through "Yahoo Answers" (mine is activated, yours isn't) and give me your real email address. I'll send you the help files.
The second is Arachnophilia, an HTML editor. It has lots of good features and you can customize it as you learn more. There are two versions, Java based and Windows based; the Java version is current, the Windows version ceased to be updated a few years ago, but it loads and runs much faster.

it is style of like asking in case you will desire to study to be a motor vehicle Mechanic without getting to understand Wrenches. HTML is going to be a factor of any information superhighway website you're making, it is not significant in case you employ Javascript to manage HTML, Flash to Embed into HTML, or own homestead page to generate HTML, it is nonetheless HTML on the middle. CSS is likewise ineffective without HTML.

HTML is hyper text mark-up language. It is a text language that allow web pages (amoung other things) to be written in a simple way so they can be decoded by lots of different browsers on different machines. A web page on a mac should look the same as on a PC etc.
Very simple to learn, very logical. Code Punks (below) are an excellent place to start. Tuitorials and simple exercises.

I know you want a website, but I'd recommend 'HTML for Dummies',
isbn0-7645-1995-6, its about £15 new but easy to get hold of second hand.
Also 'HTML Complete', Sybex, isbn 0-7821-2801-7, I got mine for £3. Its an html 'dictionary'.
