Sure, I'm O+ (the most common blood type) and I know because I regularly donate blood. If you haven't done so, I'd recommend that you start donating blood at your local blood collection center. They depend on blood donors to meet the demand for blood. After the World Trade Center tragedy, 9/11/01, people lined up to donate blood but where are they now, 5 years later? Nobody gives blood!
People need blood every day, there are accidents, illnesses, so much stuff... so, c'mon folks, please donate blood!!
