They evolved that way. In general they just are. It has to do with men often needing to be alone and quiet, for hunting and defending. Women mostly would be in groups back home taking care of kids.
Not always like that, just usually.

Cos girls cant control themselves in anything (usually) LOL kidding, i dont think all girls are more chatty than guys, there are some guys more chatty aswell!
But then again i see your point. Maybe girls just are weird....i been trying to understand them for the last 21 years (im 21) and the more i try the more confused i get. So i think il stay away from that part lol.
