Mrs Eep gets that, she got her GP to prescribe a topical antibiotic. Topical means straight on the skin, where it matters, so it won't give you the squits, and you can keep using it. Other than that, don't think anything really works. Mind you, Mrs Eep does spend a lot of money on Liz Earle skincare products; maybe those would help? I think she gets them online.

Try to drink plenty of water. Avoid the obvious things like chocolate, etc. There are different tablets out there which won't make you feel sick as well. Good luck.

Skinoren-prescribed topical treatment that worked like a dream for me. I thought nothing would make them go way but this was prescribed by my doctor and after about 2-3 months my skin is clear again.

Have you tried Evening Primrose Oil? It takes about three months for things to really balance up , but you should notice the difference the first month.

plenty of water and a good facial routine! dont forget to cleanse, tone and moisturise daily. find the products that work for you and stick to them.... (you can also use the daily facial wipes, which i find good, but still remember to moisturise, and use only water on your face)
greasy forehead and nose, dry cheeks and chin, = combination skin
greasy skin = oily skin products
dry skin = dry skin products, usually contain more moisturiser
good products include, clean and clear, clerasil, simple, (affordable prices to)

Well I always use Clearasil or Oxy products to get rid of spots (and beleive me they can get whatever problems you have solved in 3 days).
On the other hand I always drink semi-skimmed milk and eat lots of low fat yogurt.
I dunno if that helps, but it really does improves skin condition.
