We're bound to be drinking water with unrine in it. The Earth's been around 6000-1200 years I believe, so imagine how many people peed.
Also, here's a shock for all city-dwellers. You know how your poop goes into the sewers? Well they have a plant that recycles that water, takes the poop and such out, and clean it with bacteria. (No joke!)
And in response to your question: If I was on a spaceship yes, on Earth, no. (Unless I didn't have another choice.)

my guess is, we already do! There is only a finite amount of water on the planet...and i heard once that when you drink a glass of 'clean' water from your tap (UK) it has already roughly been through about 8 people!! gross but it's the way of the world i suppose.
(no wonder water from different places never tastes the same!) :)
