I hate some people at my school right now. I just thought the world should know.

ok i hug u super_sexy_amazona lol but i don't think hating someone is giving them power. i think its being brutally honest. just because i hate someone doesn't mean i don't respect them. but that's my immature opinion. what can i say, i'm only 13!

I really hate one person, she's a girl who was in my primary school. She bullied me, she took away my friends and that for 3 years! When I walked home she stood there and waited for me with her "best friend", just to laugh with me and saying mean things.
I haven't seen her for about 3-4 years now, but when I think about her I just feel this hate in me and when I think I see her on the street or so (but I always think I see her, she had white coloured hair, so I always think it's her), I still think "oh no not again" and I start to feel insecure, I don't know what to do etc. That's also a reason why I hate her, because after all those years she still makes me feel like that.
I really hate her, I didn't do anything and she just bullied me for 3 years, but it was out of sight of the teachers an other pupils, so nobody really knew and I didn't dare to say it to the teacher. She's the most evil, mean and stupid girl ever!!! I hope I will never see her again!

I have only met two people in my life that I actually hated. If I don't like someone I just stay away from them. I refuse to give them the power over me that is part of hate. Hate is a strong emotion. You empower your enemies when you hate them. You allow them to occupy your thoughts and take your emotional stability out of your control.

No one. I've learned that hate actually drains a lot of energy from you, and does nothing to the person you hate.
By continuing to hate someone, you are actually giving away your power to that person. This ultimately gives them a bit of control over you.
Try to get beyond that. It may not be easy, but it is possible.

I don't hate anyone. I do however dislike my husband's x-wife. She has been trying to get him back and Will sit in front of me and gock at him. School can be rough. Just remember your going to school to learn and get an education. One day these people will mean nothing to you and they may need you, depending on what career path you choose. Good luck.

Oh! Why do you hate them? What they did to you girl? Personally, I don't hate someone but I HATE THE FACT THAT MY FIANCE LIVES MILES AWAY FROM ME BECAUSE OF HIS JOB... I can't stand it any more and I MISS HIM SO MUCH!
