For about $2 at the dollar store , you can get costume make-up . Use a white base ; draw red scars on fore-head & black "stitches " (use mom's eye-brow pencil or eye-liner ) ; red "blood" dripping from side of mouth , with possible ( but not mandatory ) black lipstick , and you are a vampire or any scary thing you design . If the dollar store does not have a black cape - try elsewhere - or simply wear any black shirt & pants ( with , or without a cape ) . You do not need a mask when your face is painted . Very original and very inexpensive .

Well it depends on your family and how they would react to the previous mentioned. I think at 13 you need to be a little bit more creative. Go with being a member of the cartell or mofia...or you could try the old stand by....dress up like a chick prostitute.

You are too old for Halloween, go read a book or something, but if you really want to know i think you should go as a spider man costume.

Just go as a skater kid or a punk rocker or somethin. If you dont like that ask your friends if they are goin trick or treating and try to make a costume that goes with what they are.

go whatever you feel you want to go as. you could be a creepy killer..or if you have some guy friends...go as the three stooges.....or if you want, be creative, make your own, you'll save some cash....one year i went as a mail box.....it was so fun....but be what ever you want....just because your 13 doesn't mean that you can't still be silly and funny like kids.....heck....i'm 13 and i'm crazy silly.....but thats just me....well let me know what u finally decide to be. good luck!

just be yourself because on Halloween I be Cinderella but now I'm 12 and I'm to old to wear costumes,but you can be a prince or something like a prince

i wouldnt recomend it at your age some kids get jumped for wearing costumes but if u absolutly want to go as a....reaper, like the guy from scream, like jason or freddy kooger

but if you want my opinion, go as sumthin you aren't.
like for example:
i'm goin as a gothic . but i am *holy-filled*
hehe! just have fun and get lots of candy!
