Is it just me, or did Nicole pretty much just confirm what many of us already thought about teenage mothers? My 3rd graders use more punctuation than her. If people were never ready for the demands of parenthood, then we'd ALL be raising savage little monkeys. Thankfully though, many of us wait until we're mature enough and financially stable to bring a child into the world. It takes absolutely no talent or skill to become pregnant. It takes common sense to properly raise a child.

They do not all do that. Kids that are brought up properly and with morals do not "Breed like rabbits" or raise their children that way. Some parents actually talk to their kids about sex, STDs, birth control, and they discipline them. I know several teen moms and although a couple of them should NEVER have kids, most of them are actually doing quite well...even better than some adult parents I know, so it is not fair to group them all together like that. Actually Lisa, below is wrong about Welfare. They DID change the law several years ago. After the 2nd child is born they no longer give more money.

I am a mother of two boys ages 2&3. As for me im 22. i dont raise my young like savage monkeys and i dont appreciate you stereotyping against all young moms. Mind you their is alot of young teenage moms out their who dont take care of their of their offspring. But now take a look at history. If you look back hundreds of years ago it was normal to be married at 14 or 15 and have a family. today their is alot more resources and is easier to raise kids now a days. instead of lookng down on all these youth. look at these teenage dads who dont stick around and help with the family.

what do you mean by that, i think that is very statistical i had my son at 17 and my daughter at 19 and now i am 20 and having my third i do not raise my children like savage monkeys at all i take very good care of them and give them everything they need and more some "kids" do not raise their kids very well but its' all about whether or not you really grow up when you have your kids, my lifestyle completley changed when i gave birth my whole outlook on life is different now and i love my kids and its all about them i think when you say todays youth thats not clear because not all youth is that way AND I HAVE NO HELP FROM THE GOVERNMENT FOR ANYTHING and i personally think that not matter what age you are you are neve ready for the demands that a baby or child gives until you experience it for youself

LOL--It's not just the youth. It's people in their late 20s, 30s, and 40s. I've seen six "savage little monkeys" from the same mother--she looked to be in her late 30s.

To some people, it makes sense.
Those in the lower classes are more likely to still have their parents around if they have children young, and more likely to get support from their parents if they themselves are not quite out of the house yet. This is obviously better for the new child :)
How someone raises their children is entirely subjective. I believe that everyone tries the best that they know how to in the moment

unhappy to declare, I worry you're superb in all too many circumstances. The "boomer" adults -- human beings born 1945 to 1964 -- look to have worshipped their toddlers. you will desire to call it "babyolatry." I mean, those toddlers would desire to do NO incorrect. They have been by no potential corrected -- considering the fact that of course they did no incorrect. according to probability it became into the boomers' resentment of how that they were raised -- extremely strictly, with strikes bringing outcomes...gee,in simple terms like genuine life. yet for the boomers' young ones, there are no outcomes. basically adoration from the mothers and fathers. consequently, we are seeing employers state that "millenials," the toddlers of those boomers, are the 1st technology to declare they don't evaluate a "paintings ethic" considerable in life! nicely, why would desire to they, in the event that they have by no potential had to paintings for something? i assume the pendulum will swing back any different way for the subsequent technology...if the millenials ever arise sufficient gumption to circulate away their mothers and fathers' homestead and commence their very own residence and kin.

as crude as ur question is..i agree to a certain extent. not to be offensive to anyone because we all know not everyone fits into that category. i cant say why they have them so young, but i think that they have such difficulties raising them in a more acceptable way because they are so young and dont have as much knowledge and experience to share with them. they can only instill in their childern as much as they know. with age (most times) comes wisdom, if you do thing prematurely you tend to lack certain things. not every young parent is ignorant to alot of the things in life and raise perfectly well behaved childern and not every parent with more age does the opposite. but really..what's an acceptable way of raising childern? to raise them as we (our generation) was raised? every generation is weaker yet wiser. most people do the best they can and others dont.
