Rudolph has a sporadic infection of his luciferin gland, according to veterinarians.  Unfortunately, thawing of polar ice has made it impossible to carry antibiotics via dogsled, the sea route is still too ice-clogged to be reliable, and weather has not yet been clear enough for an air-drop.

This story is still developing.  Stay tuned.

Sure Christmas will be fine, just like the song by Alan Jacskon sings,

"Santa coming in a pick up instead of his trusty sleigh,
he'll have a truck instead of a reindeer to carry him on his way."

I know the song is about being down south and having no snow but I am sure it'll be the same with Rudolph's problem. He can use 4 wheel drive for the Northerners.

Will you be ready for Christmas!!
Christmas is in the hearts of people. Santa is a symbol, he represents the spirit of family fun and the joy of giving and recieving. Rudolph represents the light of the world.
Jesus is the reason for the season!!! Teach the children this things.

Sounds like Rudolph should have gotten the flu shot this year. Santa should really look into supplying his employees with the shot.... Cheap ****!

I sure hope he has better tech support than I do. It could be a plus that Santa speaks many languages maybe they will understand him!
