There must be something about him that intrigues you because you mentioned he's charming. If you truly want to get to know him better, you can't do so without talking to him. If you have the opportunity, introduce yourself, and ask some simple questions to get the conversation started. Simple things like how his day is going, if he's in college/what his job is, what he likes to do in his off time (hobbies) are easy things most people can answer. You can mention you've seen him around and are glad you had the chance to meet him and hope to see him again sometime. :-) Just be sure to smile a lot and try not to be nervous, just be yourself! That way he'll have the chance to see what a great person you are too! Just enjoy the moment. Have fun! :-)

There is always a first time for everything in your life . You dont need to do a homework or have a strategy or know the complete bio-data of any person you wish to have a chat with .
Just talk to the guy & sooner you'll know how you feel when you are talking to him or what type of a person he is .
I am not saying almost but all, all my best friends had negative opinion about me initially but now they simply love me .
So, the crux is you never know about a person until you spend quality time with him/her . Its all about how two people gel together & not how much they know about each-other .

I would like to advice u that plz don't get involved in any such relationship.You can have a friendly chat with anyone...but plz don't trust anybody.This is the biggest risk of ur life.you cant even say whether the name which u know is truly his name or no...right.So plz dont take any such talks seriously...there r many good things yet to come up in ur life.be positive...good luck.

You have to start one day. Start directly. If you have common friend send message through him and know his interest. The beginning will have to be made otherwise what is the fun of only admiring him without letting him know your feelings
