Take a bar of regular old Ivory soap and rub it over the stains before you wash the shirts. The stains should come clean!

Use OxyClean. I've dont this with t-shirts like yours. Fill your kitchen sink with warm water and add 4 scoops of OxyClean and disolve. Add your white t-shirts and let them soak for 30 mins. to an hour. Then wash as normal. You might need to repeat, but it WILL come out.
