I don't know, I've never been there, but I have seen a snippet of the film, care of http://videodetective.com and I thought it was really funny.
I originally came across Borat via a character on this website whom I initially thought was being very offensive. I asked the patrons of this website where the nickname Borat had come from, as that is what 'Jagshememesh' was being called by people answering his questions (click on my face and check out my questions).

It's hilarious and accurate. Just look at the numpty immigrants we have in the country from Poland and Serbia and all those middle-european sh*itholes, and you'll see for yourself what a bunch of pikey gippos they are. Soon, we'll have Romanians and Albanians to deal with as well when they get signed up to the EC.
