The Nets are the easy answer, but I like the Celtics this year too. Paul Pierce has a new contract which will keep him happy. Wally Szczerbiak will be back and more comfortable with Doc Rivers' system. Sebastian Telfair will give them a true point guard, allowing Delonte West to be the sixth-man combo guard Boston wants him to be. Adding Theo Ratliff will work out well for them because it will give Kendrick Perkins someone to pattern his game after. If Al Jefferson can bounce back from last year and if Gerald Green continues to develop, the Celtics have a chance to be good. I could see them finishing above .500 for the season, not great, but enough to be in contention with New Jersey to win the Atlantic.

Looks like a lot of Nets and Celtics fans with the 76ers thrown in. I am a Celtic fan so I am bias. I do like to watch the Nets and 76ers play. The heat did a great job for they had heart, you can thank Morning for that. I think Alonzo Morning's attitude had more to do with the win, than Shaq's promise. As a footnote I sure hope the Knicks can get their act together, for I loved to watch their teams of old.

The nets are a good team, i think with additions this yr I like the Raptors althought i have never seen Bargiani play so yeh. But I like Paul Pierce and the celtics. they should be better next yr. 76ers if AI AI And webber play better and as a cohesive unit they look good. also with Korver. But the others are pathetic. KNICKS ARE HORRIBLE FIRE ISIAH!

Nets are my favorite NBA Team. They have the combo of Jason Kidd, Richard Jefferson, and Vince Carter. They just need some more big guys, the addition of Nenad Krstic did help but their frontcourt isn't so good. They're backcourt is AMAZING, they just have to be more consistent.

Definitely the New Jersey Nets. The rest of the division is mediocre to poor.
