I accidentally laid down with a q-tip in my ear, I heard a loud pop and then ringing, it started bleeding, I went to a specialist who determined I punctured my eardrum and broke the little conduction bones, two surgeries later and I'm almost totally deaf. That was back in 1985, I saw a program on tv that showed someone having their hearing almost restored with artificial conducting bones, anyhow hopefully you just punctured your eardrum, get to a doctor asap please.
