Dunno the longest but there is a club in Tameside / Stalybridge simply called Q thats the shortest.

In terms of pubs (rather than clubs) , there used to be a pub in Arkengarthdale, North Yorkshire called The CB, which at 2 letters was in the Guinness Book of records for a while - however I saw recently that it had changed its name to The Charles Bathhurst, so that won;t be it any longer....
