I need help! on top of my crotch under my hair on my skin there are these red bumps that hurt sorta and have these white puss things on them like i took a bath and everything but they are still there alil. i had a y inf. but its gone now what do i do?

It sounds like folliculitis which can be treated with something like Erythromycin. Or it could be Mollusum Contagiosum, which will disappear without any treatment eventually.
It is impossible to diagnose skin conditions without seeing the skin, so go to your local sexual health clinic and they should be able to give you an answer and treatment the same day.

Sounds like treatment for the urinary infection set you up for a folliculitis of pubic hair. A different antibiotic is required after culture and sensitivity.
