In my senior year at high school, there's a girl who ask me about homework every so often in english class. I gave her my number at the end of the year since she asked me for it. Then she never called me at all. I saw her in my 1st year of college. She then gave me her phone number. I didn't call her until the 2nd year of college since in my 2nd year of college, I realize that I needed to bond with friends. I found myself being seperated from friends. I called her in the summer of 06 and she picked up then we chatted on the 2nd year of college. after a week, I called her again. when we finished out conversation, she said she'll call me but she never did. whenever I chat with her online with msn which is very rarely, she always uses caps lock. Does she want to still be friends with me at all? or did I not get her message that she might have a crush on me in my senior year and I never got the message. I'm really confused. Is she mad at me or something?

Hi Mike. Because I am trying to help, I will be honest. Ok? I am a young woman. This has been going on too long. It is like a very slow tennis match. The ball is the signals you think you are either getting or sending, but there is no real connection, no communication, at all. Hence, confusion. So, clear the air. If you want this girl, go for it and talk to her. If you don't, let it go and search elsewhere for who you need in your life.

Sounds like you care about her *way* more than she cares about you.
No one here can say how she feels. And if she doesn't want to call you, maybe it's time for you to walk away and find someone else?
She might be playing mind games, or it may be that she just isn't that in to you.
Either way, I'd cut your losses and move on. There are plenty of people out there that will call when they say they will call.
