Depends on what you have for your work email. Some systems have an autoforward you can set up. Ask your tech people, if your company is big enough to have them, or the most "techie" or most travelled coworker if you don't.

More and more emails also let you sign in remotely thru the Internet, so also check if you can get into your work email that way and not have to forward.

You have 2 choices both which are not really up to you:

1) Use a .forward file in your work e-mail's system. Ask your admin for instructions for the specific .forward file format they use and if they even support it. Maybe they even have a webpage that explains how to do it yourself.

2) Check in your Yahoo web account if they let you enter external addresses' details (server, user & password) and then you'll be able to use them inside Yahoo. Of course, your work's e-mail must support letting you check it outside your office.

You will have to log into your work email's website and configure it to forward email to your yahoo address.

Alternately your yahoo email can be setup to read from other POP mail sorces. Go to options and Management and Mail Addresses.

if your work uses a pop email server, then you can use yahoo to retrieve the emails.
1) login to mail.yahoo.com
2) click on the options link (on the upper right side)
3) click on mail addresses (in the management column)
4) click on the add button and follow the steps...

when you are done, you should see the pop email account in a section called "check other mail" (right above your inbox on the left side). click it to retrieve your email.
