Everytime i turn it on it says PIN Blocked then it asks for a PUK, then a New Pin and to confirm the PIN. But i can't get passed the PUK, i have no idea what that means. IT won't let me go into any of my contacts or even call a number. Any ideas on what to do?

My friend had this happen the other day and called the company and they said they had been having the same problem with alot of the type of phone she had.....Not sure what model hers was or yours....I would call cingular

This has happened to me. Call Cingular from a landline phone, or something that is not your cell phone. Tell them what is wrong, and they will walk through helping out. If they don't help, or refuse to, switch companys.

call customer care and have them give you the puk code if you enter the wrong puk code three times it will burn your Sim card then you will have to get another one it's a security for your Sim good luck

try taking the Sim card out when the phone is off then put it back in and turn it not sure if it will work but worth a try

try pulling out you battery and put it back in, if that doesn't work contact your phone company and talk to a phone rep
