Everybody handles grief different.
Your heart needs to spend time with others less fortunate and you will feel it soften again.
If you don't feel anymore, then you need to open yourself up and let yourself feel.
Out of God's mercy, maybe.
So what if you masturbate and you are married. There is nothing wrong with that.
Everybody has their own life goal, you just have to find yours. For me, its to work just enough to live by and spend the rest of my time with the people that I love.

Maybe you should try giving back to the community. The holidays are coming up giving some of your time to the less fortunate always help to see the light in some way. As for masturbation it's normal even if your married. Life's goal is having one for yourself. Don't be so hard on yourself everyone is going through something they can't explain we don't have to have the answers to everything.

U've probably become immune to the death thing. After a while and depending how close u where to the deceased, it may not affect u in such an outwardly emotional way.
