With the Technoligy we have now, I think each vote can be counted in real time instead of using the outdated Electoral College. Does anyone agree?

Oh I'm with you all the way...the Electoral College should be gotten rid of & each vote should be counted!

No. The point of the electoral college is to not let high density places like the cities have more power over low density areas like farm land. It wasn't necessarily intended for the people to vote for President at all. State governments were to decide how their electoral votes would be used. All of them have just decided to put it to a district by district vote.

No !
With most of the population on the east and west coasts , we'd have New England and Southern California ruling the rest of the country .
The Electoral College gives all the people in all the states a say in politics and elections .

No I dont agree think of it this way what if more votes were cast out texas then anywhere else...do you understand now? the Electoral College protects small states from larger ones.You would be well advised to read more about it!
