The cold weather rates no. 1. in hot weather, you only take so many clothes off, in an attempt to be cooler. in cold weather, you can piled the clothes on, until your internal thermometer is just right.

I've lived in Florida, which can get unbearably hot sometimes, and I've lived in Pennsylvania in the winter, which can get bitingly cold. And I'd take hot weather over cold any day!

i would prefer extremely cold weather. I love cold weather which means tht i m crazy about winter. I love winter because i love to wear jackets, over-coats, turtle neck shirts, gloves, etc....
Y i love winter? maybe bcs almost whole my life i have been living in tropical countries. Though we are settled in Los Angeles, CA and Perth, Australia, i have been living in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Burma and Hong Kong to learn my family business.
I hate summers, i hate the sun....my friend's call me vampire as i m only visable to friends after 7pm....
what i like you may not like it....but i love winter, i love extremely cold weathers, everythings seems so awesome when everything is cold.....

interesting question. i live in a tropical island and my bf lives in a country that gets -20 in winter. where to live then? we tried being in both places and it costs about the same to be comfortable: aircon in my place, heater in his. he loves the sunshine in my island, i love the cold air on my face in his place. extremes are a different story-- his nose could bleed when it reaches way past 40, and he could faint; i get a sore up my nose from breathing really cold air, and shivers uncontrollably despite being under tons of clothes.
a probable and exciting solution? maintain two houses and live on the island when the weather is cool and swimming is great; live in his place when it's spring and autumn.

Cold, because you can go inside & get warm, snuggle up, watch old movies & drink hot cocoa! It's harder to cool off in the summer unless you have A/C.

I love it when its cold, in fact, the only time i wear a jacket is when im hunting, cause i may be out there all day. I live in Wisconsin and most of my friend dont even wear coats unless its below 0F

Hot everytinme which is why I live in Singapore now (London is too cold).
Also - the lack of sun rays makes me sad.

Cold, I can always add more layers. However, by law you can only remove so many layers before they haul you away in the paddy wagon.
