If you are going to be someone from a car accident why would you be wearing a cast and using crutches. I have yet to see a car accident in which the victim is wearing a cast. Look more to bumps bruises and blood

I'm a paramedic: Let's see...fake bruises would be nice, maybe a fake laceration to your arm. It's going to be hard to tell that you are trying to be a victim from a car accident if all you have is a cast, crutches, and fake bumps and bruises. How about holding a steering wheel from your "wrecked car"? Maybe you could get a hold of a cervical collar (c-collar) that the paramedics put around the necks of accident victims to keep them from further damaging their spinal column? If you are going for that "fresh from the auto wreck" look, don't use the cast and crutches. Use lots of fake cuts, bruises, and a fake broken bone sticking out of your leg. Carry around a dented steering wheel, and take a used seatbelt and sew it to your shirt. Wear a c-collar, and that should do it! If you go for the crutches and fake cast, it's going to be hard to tell that you were a car wreck victim, because that's stuff they put on you when you are getting ready to leave the hospital.
Hope this helps!
P.S. I really liked the drinking and driving idea. You could add a empty scotch bottle to your costume...

Im not a paramedic, however I have a good idea. Why not forget about the cast, and crutches and carry around a bottle of whisky, or beer, and make yourself a victim of drinking and driving. You can have fun, while making an important statement.
