i did years ago and im not ashamed to admit, my brother and i shared an apartment that was right next to a mcdonalds and we used to go over there every night right after they closed and get a bag of food. it was usually still warm even. and it was all still in the wrappers and not in with regular trash. we ate it for a few years and never got sick. even if we had the money to buy food we still just got it from mcdonalds and put the other stuff that we wanted in the fridge to eat the next day. would you do that if you were hungry?

I have never eaten food from a dumpster, But certainly would If I couldn't afford to buy food. They way you got it, It was safe to eat and free too! ( on a side note, There have been several occasions where food I made myself tasted like it came from a dumpster! )

No, I have never had the misfortune of eating out of a dumpster. I remember college days where I would eat a whole lot of peanut butter and jam but never trash.
Hunger is one of our basic needs, I suppose I would have done what anyone else would have - eaten out of a dumpster I suppose.

No thank God I have never had too. I have been hunger before but not to that point.I know people that work in fast food. I would go bef for free food before doing that.

no ive never had to do that but feel sorry for those who are in the position of doing so.. our governments have a lot to answer for as this should be sorted and no-one should have hardship like that xx

You do what is necessary to survive. And anyone who says they wouldn't is not being truthful with us or themselves. I have never done it, but I am not above feeding myself or my kids that way.
