I'm 7 weeks today with twins and up until this point ever since i've found out, i pretty much felt pregnant. i've had the cramping, backaches, tenderbreasts, sensitive nose, occasional nauseous moments...
i've been having light pink on the tissue off and on for 3 days or so, the Dr said dont worry unless it's heavy and accompanied with cramps but i woke up this morning and just didnt "feel" pregnant. i'll admit it may all be in my mind too but my breasts dont feel as tender. last night i was still feeling the cramping from my uterus stretching and everything i know im supposed to feel it constantly but this morning i just feel...funny.
anyone else go thru anything similiar?
i've been pretty alarmed since the pink even tho the Drs say dont worry.

It is a weird sensation pregnancy. One minute you have your own body to yourself and the next you are growing little people inside your belly! Well, I have never had the experience of carrying twins, but when I first found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks, I had all the common symptoms you are describing there, mainly the sore breasts etc. When these sensations started to dissappear at around 10 weeks I too began to panic thinking my hormone levels were dropping or something, but rest assured the baby was still fine and my body was just getting used to the levels of hormone surging through my body at the time.
I would go and see a doctor just to be 100% certain, but take it from me, who panicked every day of her pregnancy.. try to sit back and relax and enjoy this truly wonderful time in your life.. it is a great priviledge to be pregnant and if you worry all the time you will look back with regret, when you could have been celebrating instead of panicking and worrying.

All the stress and worrying can be more harmful then helpful. The stress can actually lead to a miscarriage. My advice is to chill. I have lost several pregnancies due to a hormone problem I have. So I do understand the need to stress over the spotting. But I can honestly say every time I miscarried I had heavy cramping and a load of bleeding. Dark red not a faint pink. They say the faint pink is normal. It can be from stretching or egg placement. I would relax. Enjoy being pregnant. If your body tries to reject it then there will be nothing you can do but at least you'll know you gave yourself every chance.
Understanding the Problem
If you've had bleeding early in your pregnancy, you're not alone. Many other pregnant women have had early bleeding, too. And in most cases, nothing is wrong. But your health care provider still needs to know about it. He or she may want to do tests to find out why you're bleeding.
Exercise less and work less. Your health care provider will discuss the details with you.
Refrain from sexual intercourse until the bleeding stops

Yep, I had days where I didn`t feel pregnant, and had spotting of blood, for a few weeks straight, which freaked me out.
The worst time was when I was five months, as every-one around me kept asking if I could feel the baby moving, when I said no they give me a weird look. But even though the ultrasound, confirmed that I had a lazy, big boy in there, it didn`t stop me worrying, it`s just a phase that pregnant woman go thru, if you didn`t feel this way, you wouldn`t be normal. Don`t worry

I felt the same often at times. Even after he started kicking, there were moments when he wasn't, and I didn't feel pregnant... like I forgot I was. It's like I look at the huge belly and think, I'm just fat, not pregnant.

It may be your mind, maybe worry. But monitor yourself and express your feelings to your OB. Drs can have a tendency to dismiss things as normal a little too quickly.
