why have i been barred from playing blackjack for 24 hours?

Received an alert telling me i have been barred for 24 hours. I haven't done anything wrong. Not been rude and don't curse. I looked up answers here and it said to go in under another id. I did that and it worked fine yesterday. Now it says i am barred for 24 hours from that id. What's up. How can i find out why and who is doing it to me?

UPDATE! Why people are getting barred.
When I seen how many people were getting barred,too many for abuse reports.i knew it was a yahoo glitch! Here is whats going on.Yahoo installed Spam bot trackers in lounges to stop = bar them, from games.It tracks Ids and how many changes they make.EXAMPLE ! Now say you enter a Intermediate lounge with a 1500 ID.
You hop into a table,get booted,try 3 more,booted,now you go to beginners lounge.BARRED! spam bot tagged you! Automatic 24 hrs 1 st time,48 hr the next,72 hrs 3rd time. 4th time account closed! This is really bad for tourney directors how need to hop from table to table.Yahoo can not help you! To many reports from Bots and players asking Why! By the time they get to yours times up!Try this when playing.Select a lounge matching your rating.when you get in,spend a few minutes checking table player’s rates.pick a table,join and play a few games before changing tables!IF you join a lounge but do not play,and try another,try and stay there for a few games.Do not bounce from table to table,lounge to lounge.THE SPAM BOT WILL GET YOU!
Since the sex bots caused you to get barred!Do this!
the bots are now staying in lounges and not moving.when you get in a lounge,click ratings,look at bottom of list.bots play no games and advertise a web cam.copy their id name,game and lounge,send it to this link and yahoo will bar them! [e-mail]

Hi, You weren't naughty and no matter when your time is up you deserve an answer! I was barred twice this last week. My answer is: Yahoo games are messed up. I have already asked Yahoo Customer Care 3 times and I am awaiting my 3rd time of asking the same question. They are just sending me a form letter with various reasons of different problem solvers without addressing my Barred question. You just have to wait it out. There is nothing you can do such as pop-up blocker or anything else. You can't use another id on the same account either, you have to get a new profile. Sorry. But it couldn't hurt to send another question to Yahoo. Good luck getting an answer. LOL

I just had that happen to me in a cribbage room . I did nothing wrong someone invited me like 20 times when i was out having a smoke when i came back and decline 20 times yahoo banned me . go figure.
Its a yahoo glitch that we just have to live with
