Is it illegal to Clone someone and when Clone turns out to be gay?

I created a Clone from XXON10, but the clone turned out to be gay, now the real XXON10 who hates Gays, is mad. My clone came out of the Closet last night and now the Real XXON10 is Mad and may never come back here again. Was that a bad thing to do?
