am a sophmore and am having troubles with a freshman girl. She is very annoying and obnoxious. When I was a freshmen I respected the upperclassmen. I never ever picked on this girl or gave her any grief. She likes to be annoying and make little comments. She screamed "What the hell" at a school event and caused me to get detention. At lunchs shes like" I should dump this drink on you" In response I said " Okay you will wish you never did." I think she might be dating the guy I like but that doesn't bug me because he is allowed to date anyone he pleases. I've also had other problems with her which I won't mention. Seriously I am a pretty nice person and don't go around attacking people like she does. I dont believe in violence to solve problems but lately with her my temper is pushed to the max. I feel like kicking her down the bleachers. I've tried being nice about it but its not working. My high school does nothing about stuff like this. What should I do? Thanks in advan

Jackie, there could be 2 approaches to this prob:
1. Follow the Gandhian principles and just ignore her or repay back with kindness OR
2. Teach her a lesson. Junior or not, she cannot disrespect another human as she wishes. She is being spitefull for no reason and you dont have to take it.
And yea, she continues to do that to you because... YOU TAKE THE S**T SHE'S GIVING YOU!
I think it time to put your foot down, draw a line and make it crystal clear to her to back off.

You need to speak to your school authorities and explain your situation. Even if they are not willing to take any action against her - they should at least not FORCE you to work with someone you cannot get along with.
If that doesnt work, maybe it is a time for a showdown. At least that way everyone around will know that you have a problem and where you stand on the issue. The girl too might be taking you for granted and may not expect that you will react strongly.
She might have her own issues but that does not giver her any right to be obnoxious to other people.

Girls like that need attention and dont get enough of it at home. I've had to deal with a girl like that before. What I would do is ignore her and if it gets worst embarrass her like she's trying to embarrass you. No violence is needed because words can hurt more than anything. Remember everyone gets over a fight but if you say the right words to hurt someone they'll know to leave you alone for good.

You need to ignore the fact that she is there. If this does not work, then you may need to tell her to back the heck up. I dont want to see you get violent and get kicked out of school, however, this maybe the only way to solve the problem. If you have talked to the principal and or teacher, they do nothing, then you may need to take the actions into your own hands.

If she talks like that to you then id just stand there with my freinds and be like god freshmen there sooo immature...and walk off and ignore her...i wouldnt push her down the bleachers shes doing it to get to your breaking point so you will react and dont do it....just let it go....eventually shell find something better to do...

lol. take her to aside and tell her" look your being disrespectful and i don't like it. i don't want to cause trouble but your a freshman and should respect me i did. so mind your temper and how you speak because it is making me upset". be clam when you say it. if it continues then you will have to talk to her again and if she doesn't get the hint.. kick her ***

i m a soph, and were the ones that break in the freshmen....last year i didnt look like a fresh, more like a junior, but now i look like a senior...so now i get to pick on all guys...hehe, being nice to frshmen doesnt work, but if i look at them in a bad way, they put their heads down and walk...its really funny!

she probably just immature and doing it to annoy you. if you just ignor her then maby after a while shell stop, and if that dont work kick her ***, besides ur already getting in trouble for her,s o you might as well just get in trouble for actually doing something

You need to talk to someone at school. You have to let them know whats going on. Have you talked to your parents about it?
