Assuming that the engine is not damaged, you need to eliminate where the problem is. First check you have a spark by removing the plug and holding the end near the engine block whilst turning the engine over. You should see a spark jump (don't do this near the petrol tank!!!) if the spark is ok, check that the fuel is coming through to the carb'. In my experience the problem is usually a kink in the fuel line under the tank.
If that doesn't sholve the problem write back again & i'll tell you some more.

did you put two stroke oil in, some say you should run 25/1 for running them in, if you just used straight petrol then you could have done some serious engine damage! other than that take the carb of and make sure there's no blockages, again if not, check the re-coil is working properly!
If you got it from a shop i would take it back and let them have the hassle!

next to the pull starter and in between the rear wheel would desire to be an air clear out and then on the clear out would desire to ba the carburettor the section which the pull start up is on would desire to ba somewhat plastic white leaver next to it is going to possibly be a leaver that strikes up n down start up the bike and after approximately 2 minutes positioned the leaver down this might permit air in to the engine
