Another showing that men are not able to be responsable.
Rape, or no rape ... a child is involved.
I sympathaise with men who want to spend time with childreen but are forced by the courts to stay away and then pay to stay away. Should a woman really "Rape" a man (without a dought by a court of her peers) ... well, then this could be grounds for the child to be placed custody with the man and when she's out of jail then the man can sue her for child support. First & foremost, the child needs a loving enviroment.
However, for ppl who punish childreen for no reason ... well I think they're scum!!!

Hmm... in case you're taking a obviously inebriated female homestead or maybe as she is almost subconscious you've sex with her. might want to that be considered rape assuming she develop into so lower than the effect of alcohol she develop into unaware of what develop into occurring? o.k. again for your question. definite a lady CAN rape a guy and definite that's illegitimate (searching on what united states you're in (united states). evaluate this, I truly have had a lady friend wake me (definite alcohol develop into in touch and no Viagra) up in elementary words after we were having sex for a even as. If she weren't my lady friend on the time she might want to were raping me...suitable?

It is currently illegal for a woman to rape a man. There are at least 2 problems -
1. Men tend to not report such crimes due to internalized social beliefs about masculinity.
2. Less likely to be believed/likely harder to prove.

Well most judges think an older woman (teacher) can't rape a younger guy (student). They just let the teachers off with a warning.
