Can anyone give me an email address for the cw that will actually get methru.?

The reason I'm asking is because my cable provider has said that since the wb switched to cw they no longer have right to air it and we have to contact the cw with questions. I've been trying for a week and every address I use comes back saying it's the wrong address but doesn't give me right one. I'm hoping someone can help me. Thanks Deb
