People on Yahoo!Answers are always saying that by only seeing a girl in her eyes, you can know her feeling towards you (love/do not).
Is it true? If yes, how can we "decipher" her feelings only by her eyeball?

Everything can be seen in the eyes. Your organs all have their own place in your iris. For instance, when you break your leg, a black spot will appear on the area in your eye corresponding to this part of your body. As far as emotions, sure you can also see them in ones eyes. But is also depends on how you feel in general. When I am feeling miserable because of lack of sleep or very bad head ache, I show less emotion in my eyes.
You can tell a girl likes you when her pupils get bigger. This also off course depends on the lighting. That is romantic diners and stuff are always in pretty dark surroundings, so the pupils get big, signaling to your system the person in front of you is excited on some level. Love depends on more things than just a message from the eyes, it's the combination with her mimicry that will give you a clue to weather she has got warm feelings for you or not.

As for myself, I don't think this could always be consider a true source on whether a girl or guy loves you or not? I mean there are times that I look into my boyfriends eyes and I can see very clearly that he loves me. But, I don't think you can really decipher that till you have been together long enough to know your partners facial expressions or body language. Plus, when the time is right, and you both profess your love to one another, don't you look into each others eyes? We did, it was a very special moment, and at that exact moment, I could see what his face or eyes look like when he is in love with me. We are still very much in love now and going strong for two years now. I wish you luck in your pursuit of knowledge on whether or not you can tell if a girl loves you or not by her eyes. If you love her, did you tell her? If she loves you, she will tell you when the time is right. Oh and you can't decipher her feelings by eyeballs as you stated above. lol. The medical explanation is that the eyes dilate when feelings of euphoria or stimulation in the brain.
