I strongly believe that mental abuse is sometimes worse than physical. People can visually see the outcome of the physical side but it's not that easy to see the mental pain...Only you can stop it...Do whatever it takes to be happy...

Try to find out the reason, are you both are not realising each others problems, are you both are not giving proper time to each other, are you both are different in views with each other, are you both are not having tollerence power or unable to tollerate each other. Than it will be 100% right to make the seperate way from each other after saying good bye forever, because life is very short, we can't wait for a hope which is not sure. People those have done it settled in their new life after sometime, but you should be analysing loss & gain wisely.

Lock yourself into the bathroom! Take a drive alone. Find time for you to relax away from the hubby. You could even make arrangements to go to a friends how when they are not home to just relax. Anything to get you away from your husband long enough to take a break.

Just tell him when he does this , " i'm gonna relax first for a bit then i'll get to it". he agrees it's cool than cool. i he starts to argue explain to him how much you've been going and how you needs some rest.

tell him that you are having problem with you again and again and give me the time for secound time or you develop some method that he discharge fastly then he need time to start up again .
