Good sandwich making is an art! (ask Dagwood)
I cut open the bread (<----the bread is the key. Don't use regular slices from a loaf. Buy good hoagie bread!)
Then I put mayonaise on both sides........just a nice then layer. Then I layer turkey with provolone cheese. I put just a thin layer of grey poupon mustard on next. mmmmmm spicy! Then add shredded lettuce and thin slices of tomato. I then add bacon! mmmmmm my favorite. Bacon tastes great on everything! (Key is to fry up several extra pieces in the morning for breakfast so that you can have it for sandwiches at lunch time!!)
If I have some black olives I'll slice them and toss them on top too.
And there you have my creation!! TA DA!!
Ok now I'm so hungry I think I have to skip breakfast and go straight to lunch! :)

My favorite is a ham and baby swiss cheese on rye bread with Miracle Whip. I always put a couple of slices of tomatoes on there and usually a couple of dill pickle slices.

I take out rye bread, sliced turkey, sauerkraut, provolone cheese and thousand island dressing.
I simply butter both sides of the bread, put one slice down in a pan, place a slice of the cheese, some sauerkraut, and the turkey, pour a little dressing, and then put the other piece of bread on top and grill it until it's nice and crispy. It's a messy sandwich...but oh man, it's a little bit of heaven at lunchtime.

I like chicken and salad.... I use a cold cooked chook that I usually do during the week sometime... and for salad I get lettuce, tomato, beetroot, graded carrot and a bit onions if I have them....
and after making that and eating it, I will feel like a snooze lol... but I probably have to get back to work!

peanut butter and cheese is good together if you're in a hurry, but I like ham, cheese, mayo, and lettuce. Don't have it very often, but when I do it hits the spot!

I'm not as versatile as you. Smile, to each their own.
Me? Sliced turkey, Onion and lettuce, with a small dab of butter.
That's all.
