Is there a huge stigma in the minds of men regarding menopause. I have known many women (myself included) who were divorced by their husbands as soon as they went through menopause. In all these cases, the men were at least as old, or older than the women, and desired no more children anyway. I don't feel that menopause has changed me as a person. Thoughts on this are appreciated.

That seems to be the way of the world, and has been for a long time. For some insight into the phenomenon, I suggest this book:

The Moral Animal, by Robert Wright, it really helped me understand the hard-wiring that goes into this.

I am in my mid 50s and have know women who have gone through menopause with hardly a bad day. I have known other women that have a very hard time with mood swings and depression.
Honestly, menopause is that LAST thing on my mind when I meet new friends!

That's just mean! Why would a man leave his wife for a naturally occurring thing such as menopause? It is cruel. I have heard that menopause is hard to go through for women. I could imagine how much harder it would be if your husband left you at the same time. God, some men are just horrible.

One of the reasons this happens is that, although men deny it, they also go through some changes (men's menopause) & it is generally called "mid-life crisis"

it would desire to purely be thoughts, yet there is likewise the actual component. whilst men hit middle age, they bypass by way of andropause, the male resembling menopause, because of intense drop in testosterone, and dehydrotestoserone, so their physique's chemical makeup is shifting gears, and that leads to issues which includes moodiness, melancholy, and exhaustion (on all stages). My wager is it is a mix of factors, many mum and dad locate it confusing whilst their infants bypass off on their own. It helps to do your section in permitting them to understand it is not a so long, be in contact with them generally, and enable them to understand you're thinking of them, enable them to sense in contact on your new existence, it will cheer him up. As for the actual component of it, it takes awhile for the physique to evolve, so wait and notice, and there for him.

Ther menopause does not cause the divorces. It is the time in life...men are making good money, getting older, kids are usually gone, they start to look around.

I have no problem as my wife takes natural HRT. Black Cohosh and Soy Isoflavinoids. They prevent the ill temper that most women have.
