It has to be Arsene Wenger !Just look at the record and why every other club would love to have him, Madrid, France, etc etc.
Tactics: Just look at the Utd game acouple of weeks ago, No Henry or Van Persie and still dominate the game.
Entertainment: I think everyone would agree, there is not better team to watch.
Signings: to long a list all - Febregas, Toure, Henry, Vieira
Rosicky, Overmars, Petit, Walcott, etc. most unknown until the arrive at Arsenal.

I do agree with A M. The Alsacian is the right man. However Frank Rijkaard is doing pretty well in La Liga.
