Nowhere. You may be able to get a room, meal, and a few beers at Pat's bar in VI. International hotel rooms start at $280 or so. Anything imported is really expensive.
Even if you lived 100% as a local, this wouldn't get you through a week.

will not get you very far at all, its not expensive but its one of the weathiest countries in west africa.. Come to Ghana instead.. My people are GREAT :) you'll love it.. But you're not even goin to get a ticket there with only $200 dollars
