I'm studying the Cold War and this some sort of a Molotov Plan was mentioned in my book. But, it doesn't explain what it was..

The Molotov Plan - the definitive solution to all the world's problems. Molotov was Soviet Foreign Minister from 1939 to 1949 and from 1953 to 1956. Under the Molotov Plan the world would evolve according to Communist and Soviet principles.

In 1949, in rejecting the US Marshall Plan for the rehabilitation of Europe, Mololtov proposed his plan for a Soviet sponsored economic grouping of nations which became the East Block of countries which made up the Soviet satellite nations.
