Go to Gametalk.com and look on their index for fan fics or writing. Click on it, write your story, come up with a name and password for yourself and post the story. Others write stories that you can rate and review as well.
Another option is ozoneball.com. I am a mod in the "Showcase Your Talent" forum wher you can post stories and read others as well. When you go to ozoneball.com look at the top for forums and then scroll to the "Showcase Your Talent"

you can try online diaries, some of them are open to public, some people write about their life , others about their thoughts, as well as u can post some of yours.
Just type online diaries in any search engine and u will get a lot of choices.
