You are a teen and you are pregnant, up chucking is called morning sickness when you are pregnant, sorry to hear that you are pregnant at such an early age.
Morning sickness usually goes away after the first three months of pregnancy and what it means is that your body is adjusting to creating life. Your body is adapting in other words, and morning sickness is not just for mornings, try eating a soda cracker before you get out of bed in the morning this helps some expectant mothers to settle their stomach, doesn't always work for everyone though, don't take any medication without consulting your OB/GYN. Good Luck

It probably means your 2 months and getting morning/evening/nighttime sickness. Mine happened at night instead of the morning and it lasted till I was 4 months. There might be some ideas at the bottom page from other mothers or soon to be check it out.
