hes pretty straight i guess, but everyonce in awhile i see him checking me out, and then when i look back at him he quickly moves his eyes away. what does that mean? is he gay? i mean hes 13 and im 14 so idk. he has a gf so idk

Its normal for children to be curious about the bodies of others. Theres often nothing sexual about it. In order to feel confident about yourself you have to feel that you're normal, in order to get a 'feel' of what normal is you compare yourself to your peers.
You're also older than him, which means he probably aspires to look like you, it could be he's looking at you to figure out what qualities he wants to copy. Its not bad, its part of growing up and gaining an identity.
Also, it could be that he wants to be friends with you because he thinks you're cool, but he's shy and doesnt know how to approach you. He might be afraid that you're judging him. Maybe you should say hello to him and try to befriend him.

Maybe something about you disgusts him and he cant help looking at it, or you dress a certain way and hes like, "WTF".
Usually if i look at girls like that, im thinking, WTF is she wearing that, or my god, how could she wear something like that when her gut is hanging out. Stuff like that.
He might be gay, he might not. Boys have stupid reasons for doing things anyways
