Silent Hill 3... I've been stuck at that haunted house?

and can't get through that hallway for AGES. I wish I could start at the door leading to the hallway instead of going all the way back through the haunted house. It gets so boring!
How do you get thru that hallway?

I had to use the map. Keep an eye out for locked doors and where they are.
