The hot water bottle usuallly should help, you need painkillers isn't there anybody who can go get them for you. Are you sure this is just period pain, has it been like this before, if not maybe worth getting checked by the doc...cysts etc. Take care hope you feel better soon

Hi try massaging the area where it hurts or keep moving maybe a little excercise will help. The only other way is to just go and buy some paracetamol from the shop. It will only take a few mins. And if you walk it should ease the pain a little.

Also go for regular walks for atleast 30 minutes everyday and not during periods only.My friend also had the very painful periods, she took homoepathic medidcine for the same also continued with her walks not only her periods are less painful she also lost weight (added bonus).Try these home remedies and still not cured consult ur doctor. As far as i know it can be treated

Sleep

Often it is just a sign the body needs to relax, so relax, take a warm bath with a hot (warm) drink, scented candles etc.

Then lay back and relax, then a nice long sleep
