Can anyone tell the the "behind story" of Madonna's hit song "Sorry" and the album "Confession on dance floor"?

Why or how did she make the song and the album? Do the song name and album title have any meaning?

Confessions on a Dance Floor is an album that Madonna made to get people dancing in the first place, so you shouldn't look too much for a hidden meaning.

Sorry is kind of a follow-up to the first single Hung Up. First Madonna is hooked on this guy but he isn’t returning his love (“Waiting for your call baby night and day…”). In Sorry, she’s pretty much fed up with him (“Listened to your lies and all your stories…”, “I’ve heard it all before, and I can’t take it anymore…”).
The videos are also follow-ups.

Both the Sorry video on the Sorry performance on the Confessions Tour had a concept of “the girls sticking together against the guys that treated them badly”
