The bye-week is exactly what this team needs. Cowher will turn this team around. Even with that though, unless Ben steps up as the leader of this team (a role left vacant with the departure of "the bus") it's going to be a short season. The defense is doing it's job considering how much they've been on the field. Unless the offense (this includes the backs, the line, receivers, and Ben) does it's part the defense is not going to last throughout the season. Just remember....A wounded animal is most dangerous when it's back is against the wall.

Most definitely not. They have a hard enough time getting to the playoffs being in the same division as the newly renovated Ravens with that rejuvenated defense and the Bengals who have the best WR trio in the league and a top 3 QB in the league easy to go along with a top 5 RB who is underrated and a defense who always has alot of takeaways. Good example, the Steelers dominated the whole game against Cinci pretty much until the final quarter and in 4 plays the Bengals took over and won. Steelers lost alot of their swagger, they will not repeat.

They have no chance. Their offensive line is not getting the job done against any kind of pass rush. Couple that with the fact that Roethlisberger isn't very good and you have a team that is weak on offense. You can't win the big games with a bad offense, especially when there are teams out there with better defenses too.

They already did win the Super Bowl this year, on February 5th, 2006.

But even though I'm a Steeler fan, it's looking more and more to me like they won't win it in 2007.

It is highly unlilely due to the fact that so many other teams have improved from last year, like Cincinnatti, Baltimore, Jacksonville and even the Colts....

There will be a super bowl in Pennsylvania. But look about 300 miles east for it. GO EAGLES
