i have very bad and a lot of ingrown hairs.

something very small like a straight pin or toothpick. stick it under the loop and pull it out. one reason for ingrown hairs is shaving. if you do that-you could stop

Prevention is the first key. Wash very well before you start, then be sure to use a brand new razor blade each time. Follow up with another wash, and apply some Visine (red eye drops) to touch up any sensitive spots.

well i dont know if u shave or wax, but if u do have ingrowns, id take a tweezer and just one by one pluck them out................
