You need to stop and realise how special you are and how important life is! At the end of the day things happend in life which drag us down and make feel sad. Everyone goes through this! At the end of the day enjoy the life you have! A couple of months back a friend of the family died in a terrible accident then shortly after a young family member of mine died in a car accident! This really shocked me and took me back and at the time I was goin through a tough time but when this happend it made me realise that we all only get one life no matter how bad things are we CAN get through them!
Life is precious live it and remember you are unhappy and only YOU can change your life and make your life better!

Hun, we all have problems in our lives which often causes us alot off pain and grief. in all honesty no one understands is because you are not telling the right people. When I found out the love off my life was murdered this tore me apart and I wished that I was dead, but after a dark period in my life I realised how fortunate I am to be alive. There are millions out there fighting for life and just be glad your still breathing.

I understand when you say that everyone thinks your life is smelling off roses as I do exactly the same. The smile is a cover up for how badly I am hurting and it is only those that trully understand that will know what it is that I feel. Needless to say not one person understands. Therefore what does not kill you makes you stronger.

Running away does not solve anything as I learnt this myself. i ran away from home when i was 16 and regretted it badly bcause I lost all my family in the process. It has taken more than 6 years for them to finally accept me and I have lost out on valuable time with them.

I hope that through this tough period in your life, you come out stronger than ever and maybe one day when you look back you can advise others accordingly.

Hope you get through this.

As said before, everyone goes through a period of depression at least once in their life

Youll find out, even if you desire to run away or kill yourself, you cant. Why? Because deep down inside you know there are still things you want to do on this Earth and people you want to meet and love. Life has too many great things in it for you to just throw it all away

My best advice to you is listen to Music. Its the one things that reflects inner emotions into energy. So use that energy for something productive

Bob Marley - Three Little Birds

Garenteed to get you smiling

Things can only get better. It's true. I first tried to kill myself when I was 11 and was so miserable during my teenage years. My father was an alcoholic, my mother a religious fanatic. Both were extremely bad tempered and made my life a misery. A disastrous marriage, leaving me with a baby and a toddler, also threatened my sanity. But now I've never been happier. Once you get some direction in your life, things will improve. And you're wrong - people do care. Don't waste your life - do something positive to enjoy it. Fasten on a goal and work towards it. All the best.

Nothing is that bad. I have a begun to apply a saying that helps me through tough times in my life. "This too shall pass." Suicide is not a solution or an answer. The ones who love you will be impacted and affected in ways you could never imagine. It leaves so many unanswered questions. Seek out a friend, family member or even a professional to help work through this challenging time in your life. You will be glad you did. Smiling is a good thing. However, no one should have to feel like they have to smile through pain. THERAPY is not a bad thing. It really helps. All the best to you. Life is really worth the living!

That's an awful way to feel. You need counseling to help you understand your feelings and resolve your issues. Like my mom said, tough times are short phases in a long lifetime, meaning, it might seem like a long tough time, but when you look at the big picture, it's not so long. There are many people in this world who have problems worse than yours, no matter what yours are, and not making light of them whatsoever, and they can still be happy despite them. For example, I have two children with an illness that will one day take their lives. I also have my own health issues that are not nearly as serious, but serious enough. You have to find the good in each situation. Often it's only the lessons that we learn, but we become wiser as a result of them. I am happy and content with my life despite the "challenges" before me. You choose to be unhappy. You CAN choose to be happy just as easily. Change your perspective. Take good care.

Hey!!...I am glad your here!!..Don't you ever think of killing yourself!!...You can't undo that!!...There isn't ONE person who will answer your question that hasn't had a hard time or two in their life!!...Your smile everyday affects everyone that you smile to!!!...And what you are going through is TEMPORARY, I know it feels right now it'll never get any better, but it will, I promise you...We get all kinds of things thrown at us, I call them "Tests", we learn by them as hard as they may seem at the time....But if you toughen up and overcome the obstacle you become tougher to handle the adult things that are going to come your way...Never give up...If it is something in your home that you can't handle, seek a trusting relative or parent of a friend that you could talk to....don't give up ok?!!!!!!!

I just had my wife leave me 2 weeks ago, believe me i know how that feels. The best thing i can say judging from my experience is to talk to someone, get on with your life. Remember someone always cares..
