hey cheating is cheating no matter who you are, how old you are, or what the situation.
if he wants to go and kiss other girls, then let him, but don't accept him back.
he'll get used to being able to do this and if you were to continue in a relationship then sooner or later he'd end up cheating on you in a much worse way and breaking your heart in the process.
time to move on and get a decent boyfriend.

If he kissed another girl and got busted for it, imagine what he's done behind your back that he hasn't gotten busted for. He already disrespected you once. Is it worth the loss of your self esteem and the mistrust that you carry around inside you now just to hold onto him? Are you really even holding onto him or is it an illusion? Figure that out and you will know what to do.

you are only 16. you have a lifetime of boyfriends left. If he is kissed another girl then it wasn't the first time and it won't be the last won't stay in a relationship like that.

If you are being hurt by the relationship, and are still attracted to the relationship then perhaps you are repeating the abusive pattern you see in your parent's relationship? Learn to like boys who are nice and will not hurt you.

Don't go out with him anymore. He's using you and playing you.
Right there you let him know that you don't think very highly of yourself, that he can get away with cheating on you, and that you don't think you can find someone better.
Forget him, be stronger, love yourself, and move on.

You may work it out - just make sure that he knows HE MUST EARN YOUR TRUST by being radically honest with you always. Showing you his phone, or where he was a certain times, because you need to build up your confidence in him again.
